When it comes to searching for a new place to live, you want to get every bang for your buck! With construction at every corner of Chicago, (literally!!!) there is always somewhere to satisfy everyone’s needs.
Most people want something that is move-in ready with updated appliances and other features. Along with numerous of other amenities and most of all, somewhere where they will feel SAFE. Especially when it comes to living in the Windy City.
Below are the most upscale neighborhoods in the Chicagoland Area!
The Gold Coast may not be made from real gold, but it certainly has some rich shopping finds! From Hermes to Barneys, to Jimmy Choo, and Tory Burch all along Oak Street. The Gold Coast is any shopaholics dream. Right in the heart of the neighborhood is Restoration Hardware, to satisfy all of your apartment interior needs! Gold Coast also has some excellent restaurants, and there is easy access to Chicago’s Lakefront Trail.
River North apartments feature stunning amenities like fitness centers, roof decks, lounge spaces, spas, and pools. If you are the lively, outgoing type, living in River North places you directly in the heart of it all. There is always easy access to work, but also to some of Chicago’s top dining and entertainment options like, Siena Tavern (Try the Short-Rib Ravioli and the Watermelon Salad, you won’t be disappointed!), Gilt Bar, Chicago’s famous Eataly, and Chicago Cut Steakhouse.
Chicago’s Streeterville neighborhood is home to some of the newest, and most exquisite luxury buildings in the city. Streeterville is also home to premier attractions and conveniences, including firework shows at Navy Pier every Wednesday at 9:30PM, and every Saturday at 10:15PM during the summer, a variety of grocery stores and downtown’s most popular movie theater, AMC River East 21, and entertainment complex, Lucky Strike.
West Loop – (My personal favorite!!!):
West Loop apartments offer luxury living in a dynamic and rapidly growing neighborhood. The West Loop is one of the most happening neighborhoods in Chicago. It’s home to some of the city’s best restaurants, (including the best burgers in town), amazing shops, and a bar scene that’s hard to beat. It’s also incredibly easy to get to—the Blue, Pink and Green lines all run through it, and one of several buses can get you there in a jiff. There’s no doubt the West Loop is far and away the best Loop.
