As a result of the recent increase in COVID-19 cases within the United States, we wish to reassure you that our team is prioritizing the safety of both our clients and team members. We will continue to follow the CDC’s best sanitation, cleanliness, and precautionary practices as we continue to service all our clients during their moving process. We know you may have questions. Below are some of our common FAQs regarding how Alliance Moving & Storage is responding to COVID-19.

Is Alliance Moving & Storage Still Operating?

Yes, our operations will not be affected as we are still considered an essential business.

What Is Alliance Moving & Storage Doing to Stop the Spread of COVID-19?

Currently, all CDC recommendations are in place. No one on our team is sick or experiencing and COVID-19 symptoms. In the event someone on our team feels the onset of any symptoms, they are required to stay home for 14 days. As another precautionary action, our entire team will utilize gloves and masks throughout our entire time of service to you.

I Have an Upcoming Move Scheduled with Alliance Moving & Storage. Is This Move Still Happening?

Yes, if you are scheduled, then the upcoming move will continue as scheduled. As per our usual communication service protocol, you will receive communication 2 days prior to your scheduled move to confirm everything. Additionally, if any of our customers are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms, please contact us as soon as you can and we will reschedule the move for a later date.

What If I Need to Cancel My Move Due to COVID-19 in My Community?

We are more than understanding of the current circumstances. If you need to cancel your move with us, you are free to do so. We recommend at least 3-4 days in advance or as soon as possible so we can service our other customers. We are happy to reschedule your move based on availability.

What Is Alliance Moving & Storage Doing to Support Communities During the COVID-19 Pandemic?

At this current time, we are monitoring our team’s temperatures to best keep everyone’s storage and belongings safe. Additionally, we are continuing to reach out to the community via social media with any updates or helpful information to keep others informed and safe.
